The state of Georgia requires that real estate closings be conducted by attorneys. Our attorneys are capable of handling the toughest legal issues in the most complex commercial closings, yet they treat the standard residential closing with the same amount of attention and care.


Christopher (Chris) B. Little

Furman University, 1996, B.A. History, minors in Sociology and Philosophy. University of South Carolina Law School, 2000, J.D. (juris doctor); over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate law.

Partners

Christopher (Chris) B. Little

Chris Little, Managing Partner, was born in Washington D.C., raised in Charleston, SC and currently resides in Braselton, GA.  He attended undergrad at Furman University with a B.A. in History in 1996 and The University of South Carolina School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2000.  He is married to Jennifer Little, and they have 2 children, Grant Thomas and Caroline Elizabeth.

Christopher Blake

Chris graduated from Florida State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Real Estate and a minor in Finance. He attended Atlanta John Marshall Law School in 2011 where he obtained his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). He has experience in residential and commercial real estate law, corporate and business law, contract drafting, and commercial and residential real estate closings.

Alexia Niketas

Alexia graduated from the University of Georgia in 1992 with a Bachelors in Music. She then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina Law School in 2000.  She has nearly two decades of experience in the areas of property law, including real estate and consumer bankruptcy, consumer protection, and other general practice areas.

Rhonda Carroll

Rhonda L. Carroll, a native of Camden, N.J., raised in Albany, Georgia, currently resides in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She graduated from Albany State College now Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science /Public Administration. She received a Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Memphis State University now known as University of Memphis. As a result of her love for real estate, she furthered her education in 2001 at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois obtaining a Masters of Law (LLM) in Real Estate Development with an emphasis in affording housing. In addition to her education, she completed Leadership Albany (Class of 1996) and received certification for Effective Advocacy Under the Fair Housing Law from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois (February 1998). Rhonda has 20 plus years of experience in the area of residential closings, commercial real estate and probate law. 

She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Rhonda is active with the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia; Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association (GRECAA) and the Empire Board of Realtists. She also is an active member of Agape International Ministries, in McDonough, Georgia, serving on the Board of Trustees. 

During her spare time, she enjoys participating in community services by speaking at first-time homebuyers workshops, will and estate workshops and facilitating monthly Bible Study at Westbury Nursing Home in McDonough, Georgia.

Dominique Hadley

Dominique Y. Hadley was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and moved to Alpharetta, Georgia when she was a child. She attended Georgia State University and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Soon after, Dominique Hadley graduated from The University of Alabama School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Public Interest Law. She was awarded the Order of the Samaritan, Dean’s Community Service Award, and the Pro Bono Award. In addition to real estate law, Dominique has experience as a criminal defense attorney.

Kerri Littlejohn

Kerri received her Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2006. In addition to real estate, she has experience in commercial and civil litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, appellate legal drafting, and other general practice areas.

Laney Riley

Michael Brown

Michael was born and raised in Charleston, SC and currently resides in Decatur, GA. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of South Carolina in 2015 and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D) from Vermont Law School in 2019. During his time at Vermont Law School, he served as a Production Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. He has experience in residential real estate and property law, business law, environmental law, and contract drafting.
