It is imperative that all requested information is accurate, because inaccurate or incomplete information will likely delay the closing of your transaction. Be sure that you know who your pre-closer is prior to beginning your submission. If you need to verify your pre-closer's name, please call 404-719-5155 and have the receptionist confirm for you.

Once completed, you can submit the forms through our website, via email, or by faxing the completed form to your pre-closer. We will confirm with you that we have received your information.

& Fraudulent Wiring Instructions

Wire fraud, email hacking and phishing attacks are on the rise to bmisdirect funds for closings. ALWAYS call our office to confirm our instructions prior to sending any wire. NEVER respond or rely solely on wire instructions you receive by email, even if it appears to come from our office.  
Wiring instructions will only be sent once and only via secure email.
We are not responsible for any wires sent by you to an incorrect bank account.
